NN Names New CEO

Updated

NN has a new man in the CEO chair. Richard Holder has been tapped to be the firm's CEO, effective June 3. He replaces the retiring Roderick Baty. Holder will also assume Baty's board seat, the term for which runs through NN's annual meeting in 2015.

The freshly appointed CEO is currently president of electrical components at Eaton's electrical sector division. He previously served as executive vice president of that firm's business system unit and as vice president and general manager of its power distribution and assemblies division, among other executive posts. Holder also worked at US Airways and AlliedSignal.
