Old Republic Declares Fresh Dividend

Old Republic International is ensuring that its shareholders get a little change in their pockets this quarter. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share of its common stock, to be paid on June 14 to shareholders of record as of June 4. This amount matches the company's preceding distribution, which was handed out in March. Prior to that, Old Republic paid $0.1775.

The firm plans to maintain the current $0.18 over the next two quarters, subject to approval from its board of directors.

That dividend annualizes to $0.72 per share, which yields 5.1% at Old Republic's current stock price of $14.00.
