Updated

Heavy-equipment maker Hyster-Yale Materials Handling announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share for both its Class A and Class B stock.

That's the same rate it paid for the past two quarters following its spinoff from NACCO Industries. Hyster-Yale also paid a special dividend of $2.00 per share in December 2012. The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 14 to the holders of record at the close of business on May 31.

Hyster-Yale can trace its roots as far back as 1840. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend yielding 1.8% based on the closing price of HNI's stock on May 7.
