Baltimore Gas and Electric Company Declares Quarterly Preference Dividends

BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, today announced that its board of directors has declared quarterly dividends for all of its outstanding preference stock, payable July 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2013, as follows:

6.70% Series 1993

$1.675 per share

6.97% Series 1993

$1.7425 per share

6.99% Series 1995

$1.7475 per share

7.125% Series 1993

$1.78125 per share
