M/I Homes Keeps Preferred Dividend Steady

Homebuilder M/I homes announced yesterday it will be paying a second-quarter cash dividend of $0.609375 per share on its outstanding depositary shares with each representing 1/1,000th of a Series A preferred share of M/I Homes. The dividend is not changing.

The dividend is payable on June 17 to holders of record of the depositary shares on June 1. The preferred shares trade on the NYSE under the symbol MHO-PrA.

M/I Homes is one of the nation's leading builders of single-family homes, having delivered more than 83,500 homes to buyers in the central and southern regions of the U.S. It's generated more than $821 million in revenues over the last 12 months, a 40% increase over the prior-year period.
