Snyder's-Lance Keeps Dividend Steady at $0.16

As part of snack food maker Snyder's-Lance's first-quarter earnings report today, it announced the payment of its regularly quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share.

It has made a payout to shareholders every quarter for more than 40 years and has consistently paid a $0.16-per-share dividend for more than a decade.

Snyder's-Lance made an additional special dividend of $3.75 to shareholders in the fourth quarter of 2010.


The regular dividend is payable on May 30 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 22. It equates to a $0.64-per-share annual dividend yielding 2.5% at the closing price of Snyder's-Lance stock on May 6.
