GSI Commerce Extends Its Partnership With GODIVA

Updated

eBay's GSI Commerce has struck another multiyear agreement with GODIVA Chocolatier to provide fulfillment, order management, and customer care solutions. Additionally, GSI will also manage freight solutions and co-packing services in conjunction with GODIVA's internal team.

This is not the first time GSI and GODIVA have worked together. Since 1998, GSI has provided GODIVA with customized services and solutions such as:

  • Managing freight costs and resources to ensure packages arrive in premium condition

  • Co-packaging products, from building baskets, towers, and gift boxes to tying custom ribbons on individual truffle boxes

  • Managing GODIVA's corporate gifting and special events fulfillment program

  • Providing frontline customer care for sales and service issues

In eBay's press release, GODIVA Chocolatier CEO Jim Goldman praised GSI, saying, "Having a trusted partner that can help us grow our business and provide a superior quality delivery solution helps us maintain and evolve this important part of the GODIVA experience."

So far this year, GSI has struck a similar deal with PetSmart and MEXX Canada.
