EPS came in at $1.06. The 22 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $1.09 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $1.06 for Q1 were 16% lower than the prior-year quarter's $1.26 per share. GAAP EPS of $1.04 for Q1 were 15% lower than the prior-year quarter's $1.23 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 77.9%, 180 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 33.9%, 620 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 21.1%, 400 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $456.8 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.19.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $1.91 billion. The average EPS estimate is $5.03.
