NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Holdings Corporation (OTC BB: NHLD) ("National Holdings" or "the Company") today announced that it will host a teleconference to discuss the Company's 2013 fiscal second quarter financial results at 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, May 13, 2013.
