EPS came in at $0.49. The two earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $0.53 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.49 for Q2 were 2.0% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.50 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.20 for Q2 were 55% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.44 per share.

Margin details
For the quarter, gross margin was 34.3%, 670 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 6.4%, much worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 3.2%, 740 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
