Church & Dwight Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

Church & Dwight has decided not to veer from its existing dividend policy with its latest payout. The company declared a dividend of $0.28 per share of its stock, to be paid on June 3 to shareholders of record as of May 13. That amount matches the company's previous disbursement, which was handed out in March. Previous to that, Church & Dwight paid $0.24 per share.

The company is a habitual dividend payer that frequently adjusts the amount of its quarterly distribution. Over the past five years, those disbursements have ranged from $0.08 to $0.34 per share.

The current dividend annualizes to $1.12 per share. That yields 1.8% at Church & Dwight's most recent closing stock price of $63.85.
