USA Compression Partners Announces Addition of Matthew Liuzzi as Senior VP-Strategic Development
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USA Compression Partners, LP (NYS: USAC) announced today that Matthew C. Liuzzi has joined the Company as Senior Vice President - Strategic Development. In his new role, Mr. Liuzzi will be responsible for key aspects of the Company's efforts in identifying, evaluating and consummating strategic acquisition opportunities as it seeks to grow its existing service offerings and expand into new customer markets. Mr. Liuzzi will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Eric D. Long.

"As the Company continues to grow, both organically and through opportunistic acquisitions, Matt's background in strategic analysis, M&A and investment banking in the midstream energy sector will be a valuable resource for us."
Mr. Liuzzi comes to USA Compression Partners after nine years at Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers), where he was most recently a Director in the Global Natural Resources Group in Houston. At Barclays, Mr. Liuzzi worked primarily with midstream clients on a variety of investment banking assignments, including initial public offerings, public and private debt and equity offerings as well as strategic advisory assignments. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A., both from the University of Virginia.
