UNS Energy Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend; Management to Meet with Investors

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of UNS Energy Corporation (NYS: UNS) declared a second quarter dividend of 43.5 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on June 26, 2013, to common shareholders of record as of June 7, 2013.


The declaration of dividend payments is at the board's sole discretion and is subject to numerous factors that ordinarily affect dividend policy, including the results of UNS Energy's operations and its financial position as well as general economic and business conditions.

UNS Energy management will meet with analysts and investors May 5-7, 2013 at the American Gas Association Financial Forum in Naples, FL. The presentation materials will be available beginning on May 2, 2013, on the company's website at http://ir.uns.com/events.cfm.
