River Valley Community Bank Announces Grass Valley Branch

YUBA CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- River Valley Community Bank (OTC Markets: RVVY) headquartered in Yuba City, California has received formal approval from banking regulators to proceed with plans to open a new full service branch office in Grass Valley, California. The Bank is a business oriented bank that has grown steadily by staying true to its founding principles of safe financial practices and responsive personal service since its inception in 2006.

River Valley Community Bank President and CEO John Jelavich said "We are excited to be expanding our bank to include the Grass Valley market.
