Regal Entertainment Group Hosts 'Star Trek' Double Feature

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regal Entertainment Group (NYS: RGC) , a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating the largest theater circuit in the United States, announces a celebration of Star Trek with a one-night-only event for fans to enjoy both the 2009 feature film from J.J. Abrams along with the premiere of his sequel Star Trek Into Darkness in 3D. Tickets are on sale now online and at 500 participating Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theatres for the May 15 double feature.


"For only four dollars more, fans who want to get the full 'Star Trek' experience can enjoy seeing how the characters started in the first film before witnessing how the saga continues in the all-new movie which is an adrenaline-filled 3D adventure," stated Ken Thewes, Chief Marketing Officer for Regal Entertainment Group.
