Harvest Capital Credit Corporation Prices Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Harvest Capital Credit Corporation (NASDAQ: HCAP), a business development company that invests in small and mid-sized businesses, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share, raising $51,000,000 million in gross proceeds. The underwriters of the offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 433,333 shares of common stock from the company. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "HCAP" on May 3, 2013.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company; JMP Securities and William Blair are serving as joint bookrunning managers. Janney Montgomery Scott and Sterne Agee are seving as co-lead managers, and Wunderlich Securities and Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. are serving as co-managers. The shares are expected to be delivered to investors on May 7, 2013.
