DCT Industrial Trust Inc.®Announces Pre-Lease of Slover Logistics Center II
Both Buildings of DCT Slover Leased Prior to Construction
FONTANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DCT Industrial Trust Inc.® (NYS: DCT) , a leading industrial real estate company, today announced the pre-lease of a 610,000 square foot building, DCT Slover Logistics Center II. The facility is the second building in the DCT development, totaling 1.3 million square feet in the Inland Empire West in Southern California.
Distribution Alternatives, Inc. has committed to a long-term lease of DCT Slover Logistics Center II, in addition to its previously announced pre-lease of DCT Slover Logistics Center I. The leading third-party logistics provider will be the sole tenant of the campus and will take occupancy immediately upon completion of each building.

DCT Industrial commenced construction on DCT Slover Logistics Center I in Q4 2012 and will commence construction on DCT Slover Logistics Center II in Q3 2013. The 1.3 million square foot development project is estimated to be complete in Q1 of 2014.
