Vanguard Natural Resources Whiffs on Revenues

EPS came in at $0.26. The 11 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.27 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.26 for Q1 were 37% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.41 per share. GAAP EPS were -$0.42 for Q1 versus -$0.04 per share for the prior-year quarter.

For the quarter, gross margin was 50.3%, much worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was -16.8%, much worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was -40.1%, much worse than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $119.3 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.34.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $448.6 million. The average EPS estimate is $1.36.
