United Online Beats on Revenue, Matches Expectations on EPS

For the quarter, gross margin was 42.8%, 310 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 5.3%, 340 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 3.3%, 150 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
