Sid Meier's Ace Patrol brings WWI aerial combat to iOS devices

Firaxis Games will release Haunted Hollow across iPhone and iPad tomorrow, but the developer isn't done, not by a long shot. The studio just announced Sid Meier's Ace Patrol, an iOS exclusive title that'll debut next week, May 9.

This free-to-play effort will immerse players in World War I aerial combat scenarios, giving them the chance to pilot 30 historical planes. They'll build a team of Aces and make the best use of their unique skills, upgrade pilots and even square off against others through two-player hotpad or asynchronous multiplayer.
