SBT Bancorp Announces Retirement Plans of CFO

SIMSBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SBT Bancorp, Inc., (OTCBB: SBTB), the holding company for The Simsbury Bank & Trust Company, announced today that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Anthony F. Bisceglio, 65, has informed the company of his plans to retire in 2014. Mr. Bisceglio will remain with the company through March 31, 2014 and be available to the company for an extended period thereafter to ensure a seamless transition to his successor.
