Techne Keeps Dividend at $0.30

Biologics researcher Techne will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.30 on May 24 to the holders of record at the close of business on May 10.

It has paid a quarterly dividend consistently since 2008 and has raised it every year for the past four years.

Minnesota-based Techne derives more than 95% of its revenues from biologics products that are developed and manufactured in-house through two subsidiaries, Research and Diagnostic Systems in Minneapolis and R&D Systems Europe, which is based in Abingdon, England.


The most recent dividend payment equates to a $1.20-per-share annual dividend yielding 1.9% based on the close price of Techne's stock on April 29.
