Remy International Keeps Dividend at $0.10

Electric motor manufacturer Remy International will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on May 31 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, the company announced Monday.

Remy began paying a quarterly dividend last year and has maintained it at the $0.10-per-share level since the start.

Remy International is headquartered in Pendleton, Ind., with global operations spanning five continents and 10 countries. It was founded in 1896 by the Remy brothers and markets products under the Delco Remy and Remy brands.


The most recent dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend yielding 2.3%.
