Regal Beloit Keeps Dividend at $0.20

Electric motor manufacturer Regal Beloit will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.30 on July 12 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28.

It has paid a quarterly dividend consistently since 1999, making this payout its 212th consecutive quarterly payout.

Regal is headquartered in Beloit, Wis., and has manufacturing, sales, and service facilities throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia. It had $3.2 billion in 2012.


The most recent dividend payment equates to a $0.76-per-share annual dividend yielding 1% based on the close price of Regal Beloit's stock on April 29.
