OfficeMax is keeping its dividend level. It will hand out a disbursement of $0.02 per share of its common stock on May 31 to shareholders of record as of May 15. This amount matches each of the firm's previous three payouts, the most recent of which was paid in late February.
Prior to that, the company had maintained a distribution of $0.15 per share dating back all the way to Sept. 2000.
The current dividend annualizes to $0.08 per share. That yields 0.7% at OfficeMax's most recent closing stock price of $11.51.
OfficeMax is scheduled to release its Q1 2013 earnings on the morning of Tuesday, May 7.
