EV Energy Partners Raises Dividend Again

Oil and gas property master limited partnership EV Energy Partners will pay a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.768 per share on May 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on May 9.

EV Energy has paid a quarterly dividend consistently since 2007, with the just-declared quarterly dividend up from its prior distribution of $0.767. The dividend has increased every quarter since it was initiated, or 25 consecutive quarters.

The MLP is engaged in acquiring, producing, and developing oil and gas properties in North American onshore basins.


The most recent dividend payment equates to a $3.072-per-share annual dividend yielding 6.5% based on the closing price of EV Energy Partners' stock on April 29.
