TEL AVIV, Israel & SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Perion Network Ltd. (NAS: PERI) today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013, on May 13, 2013 prior to the opening of the market. Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 10:00 AM EDT that day.
