OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ballantyne Strong, Inc. (NYSE Amex: BTN), a provider of digital cinema projection equipment and services, cinema screens and other cinema products, will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to review its 2013 first quarter financial results on Friday, May 10 at 10:00 AM ET.
