Arthur J. Gallagher Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.35

International insurance brokerage and risk management services firm Arthur J. Gallagher will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.35 on June 20 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 4.

It has paid a quarterly dividend consistently since 2000. The most recent quarterly dividend, declared in January, was $0.35, up from $0.34. Arthur J. Gallagher is headquartered in Itasca, Ill., and has operations in 19 countries and offers "client-service capabilities" in more than 140 countries.

The most recent dividend payment equates to a $1.40-per-share annual dividend yielding 3.3%.
