Hybrid Cloud Provider Leverages Technical Assessment Tools to Identify Premier IT Talent
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Technical assessment platform provider TrueAbility has extended its set of services to IT pros and customers by announcing at the TechStars Cloud Demo Day that it has successfully completed its beta program with Rackspace® Hosting (NYS: RAX) , the open cloud company.
With TrueAbility's cloud-based technical assessment platform, Rackspace reported improvements to its technical recruiting process, including focused sourcing efforts, higher quality candidates and increased efficiency among IT recruiters.

Streamlined the candidate screening process, which reduced the amount of time recruiters spent on this task by 2 days per workweek—equaling approximately three months per year of valuable recruiting time.

Leveraged TrueAbility's contest product at SXSW Interactive Festival to successfully source over 350 Linux professionals in five days.
