WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ImmunoGen, Inc. (NAS: IMGN) , a biotechnology company that develops targeted anticancer therapeutics, today announced that the Company will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET on Friday, April 26, 2013, to discuss ImmunoGen's financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2013 - the third quarter of the Company's 2013 fiscal year.
