PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Guidance Software, Inc. (NAS: GUID) today announced the Company will issue financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 after market close on Thursday, May 2, 2013. A conference call is scheduled for 2:00 pm PT / 5:00 pm ET.
