NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ron Porter, Vice Chairman at global executive search firm CTPartners (NYSE MKT: CTP), will speak on two leadership panels at the 4th Annual California Diversity & Leadership conference, being held April 18 - 19 at the Hilton Concord in Concord, CA. The two-day event will offer attendees new ideas and tools to help companies and government Human Resource teams to build a diverse and successful staff to achieve their business goals.

Porter will speak on two panels on April 19th:
