EPS came in at $0.93. The 17 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $1.01 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.93 for Q1 were 23% lower than the prior-year quarter's $1.20 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.94 for Q1 were 22% lower than the prior-year quarter's $1.20 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 31.1%, 370 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 17.9%, 180 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 13.1%, 210 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $689.1 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.22.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $2.82 billion. The average EPS estimate is $5.00.
