Maxim Crane to Host Bond Investor Call On First Quarter 2013 Financial Results
PITTSBURGH, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Maxim Crane Works Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will host a bond investor call on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on its first quarter 2013 financial results. The Company will post its financial statements to its secured investor website in accordance with its indenture agreement prior to the investor call. Once the Company has posted its financial statements to the secured website, the Company will issue a press release noting that the financial statements have been posted to the website, and will also provide call-in details for the May 23, 2013 investor call.
Maxim Crane Works does not make its financial information available to the public. Access to the call is restricted to holders of the Senior Secured Notes issued by Maxim Crane Works, L.P. and Maxim Finance Corporation, qualified prospective investors in the Notes and certain securities analysts.
