Above All Else, BlackBerry and Nokia Need to Raise Awareness

According to a survey conducted by MKM partners, BlackBerry and Nokia have done a terrible job of getting the word out that they have modernized their smartphone offerings. Out of the 1,500 U.S. consumers surveyed, nearly 83% of respondents were unaware that BlackBerry had released BlackBerry 10, its freshly minted mobile operating system. On the Microsoft Windows Phone side, about 61% of respondents didn't have a clue that Windows Phone 8 was available.
