After 17 months as CEO, Ron Johnson is out as CEO of J.C. Penney . This week, the retailer announced that former CEO Mike Ullman would replace Johnson in the top spot. Under Johnson, J.C. Penney lost customers, sales, and half its market cap. Shares hit a new 52-week low in the wake of Johnson's departure.
