AptarGroup Declares Quarterly Dividend; Confirms First Quarter Conference Call

CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYS: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable May 17, 2013, to shareholders of record as of April 26, 2013.

As previously announced, AptarGroup will hold a conference call on Friday, April 26, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. CT to discuss the Company's first quarter results for 2013. The Company plans to announce its first quarter results after trading on the New York Stock Exchange has closed on Thursday, April 25, 2013. The conference call will last approximately one hour.
