LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- McGrath RentCorp (NAS: MGRC) (the "Company"), a diversified business to business rental company, today announced that it plans to release financial results for its first quarter of fiscal 2013, ending March 31, 2013, after the close of regular market trading on Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
McGrath RentCorp will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) that afternoon to discuss the results. The call will feature remarks by Dennis Kakures, president and chief executive officer, and Keith Pratt, senior vice president and chief financial officer. There will also be a live Q&A session.
