Session Offers Support Strategies for Maximum Uptime of People, Devices and Apps in the Mobile Workforce


SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citrix announced today that it will present at the HDI 2013 Conference & Expo, the industry's leading technical service and support conference, in a session titled "The New Job of IT in an Increasingly Mobile World." The session on April 18, 2013 will cover the impact of mobile workstyles on IT support delivery, IT's renewed business significance, and strategies for maintaining uptime and delivering superior support experiences. David Baeza, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships - Mobility at Citrix, will speak. Baeza leads mobile strategy and platforms for the company's Online Services Division.
