Ingersoll-Rand Keeps Its Dividend Steady

Ingersoll-Rand is continuing its long tradition of paying a dividend. The company will distribute $0.21 per share of its common stock on June 28 to shareholders of record as of June 14. This amount matches the previous disbursement, which was handed out last month. Prior to that, it paid $0.16 per share.

Ingersoll-Rand, a habitual dividend payer, has handed out quarterly dividends since 1919.

The current dividend annualizes to $0.84 per share, which yields 1.6% at Ingersoll-Rand's most recent closing stock price of $53.92.
