As part of its newest web ad campaign, Apple has been taking to various outlets (email, Twitter, and news interviews) to issue a barrage of messages that highlight the user-experience accolades the company has earned for its products.

This marketing approach leaves behind the emphasis on product features and takes a turn toward cementing the image of the brand as a customer favorite. In the video below, Fool contributor Daniel Sparks suggests to that we might perhaps see an overhauled TV ad campaign in the future as well.
