Sony Allows Unfinished Games On PlayStation 4

Thanks to the quality control enforced by platform owners such as Microsoft and Sony, console games are usually not released until they are complete and bug-free. This gives console gamers a simple plug-and-play experience at the cost of increased development time and cost. But now it seems that Sony is open to relaxing those constraints a bit.

According to SCEA VP of publishing Adam Boyes, the company is now open to having unfinished games released on PlayStation 4 as long as they don't "have any bugs that are completely destroying the world."
