CastleVille Housing Quarter Quests: Everything you need to know
If you're looking for a way to reclaim some land space in your Kingdom in CastleVille, without sacrificing any of the items that earn you building materials or money, you can now build a new Housing Quarter in your game. This Housing Quarter will allow you to store "all tax buildings except those associated with characters." So, you'll be able to store all basic homes, but you won't be able to store Yvette or Rafael's homes, for instance. You also won't be able to store Royal Buildings inside the Housing Quarter. Still, this building is surely useful for most players, so we're here with a guide on how to build it, along with completing its eight associated quests, thanks to Zynga. Let's get started!

The Security Blankets are earned by posting a general request to your news feed, while the Housing Quarter simply needs to be placed, and not built, to finish this first quest. You'll receive 1,000 coins and 20 XP for finishing this quest.

Craft 2 Aquamagia
Finish the Housing Quarter
The Aquamagia are created inside the Studio using four Aquamarine, one Glee Shot, and three Blue Feathers. The Glee Shots can be earned by posting a request on your news feed. As for the Housing Quarter, this is built using three Decorum Agreements, two Steel Bars, four Wood Planks, and five Stones. The Decorum Agreements can be earned by posting a general news post to your wall. If you play the game on Zynga.com, you'll receive these items (likely) much quicker than you would otherwise. Completing this second quest gives you 1,000 coins and 20 XP.

Open 2 Slots in the Housing Quarter
The Housing Quarter can store up to 32 buildings, but you'll need to unlock storage slots using Housing Keys. A single Key is created using a Keyring, Screws, Beeswax, and Geodes. Thankfully, you'll have one free storage slot in your Housing Quarter when it's first built, but you will need to craft these Keys to finish the quest all the same. When you finish this third quest, you'll receive 1,500 coins and 30 XP.

Tax the Housing Quarter
When you've unlocked storage slots inside the Housing Quarter, you'll be able to store buildings by clicking the "Store" button under a free slot (you can see the button in the image above) and then looking for a building with a pink outline, which indicates that it's eligible to be stored. To harvest the Housing Quarter, you'll need to go back into its menu and click on the "Collect All" button at the bottom of the screen. This will harvest all of the available buildings, using the appropriate amount of energy in the process. When you complete this quest, you'll receive 1,500 coins and 30 XP.

Craft 3 Aquamagia
Cast the Quick Tax Spell
The Quick Tax Spell is a blue Celestial spell in the Spell Book, which is created using Red Balloons, Amber, and more. This quest won't be unlocked until you've made it this far into the quest series, so you unfortunately won't be able to create it ahead of time. Completing this quest gives you 1,500 coins and 30 XP.

Craft 4 Compost Jars
Cast the Beastie Shield Spell
The Compost Jars are created using Stone Bricks, Beeswax, and more. Meanwhile, the Beastie Shield is a green Nature spell that requires Glee Shots, Pails of Water and more to cast. Completing this quest will give you 1,500 coins and 30 XP.

Unlock 10 Slots in the Housing Quarter
Add 6 Houses to the Housing Quarter
Craft 3 Tins of Pewter Polish
The Tins of Pewter Polish can be created using items like Flaxseed Oil and Beeswax. When you finish this quest, you'll receive yet another 1,500 coins and 30 XP.

Cast the Quick Tax Spell
Collect from the Housing Quarter
Craft 4 Bottles of Champagne
The Bottles of Champagne are created inside the Kitchen using Grapes, Pails of Water, Glass Bottles, and Sugar. Each one thankfully only takes five minutes to create, so you won't be delayed while trying to complete this final quest. When you do complete this quest, you'll receive 1,750 coins, 35 XP, and a Dragon Statue decoration for your Kingdom.
