Air Lease Corporation Announces the Placement of Two New ATR 72-600s with Golden Myanmar Airlines
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Today Air Lease Corporation (NYS: AL) announced a long term lease agreement with Golden Myanmar Airlines (GMA) for two new ATR 72-600 aircraft, which are scheduled for delivery in January and March of 2014.
"We are pleased to add Golden Myanmar Airlines to our growing list of Asian airline clients and welcome GMA as our first lessee in Myanmar (Burma), where tourism is increasing at a rapid rate," said Steven F. Udvar-Házy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air Lease Corporation.
