OSI Systems Receives $6 Million Order for Service and Maintenance of Inspection Systems

HAWTHORNE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- OSI Systems, Inc. (NAS: OSIS) today announced that its Security division, Rapiscan Systems, has received an order of approximately $6 million for service and maintenance of Rapiscan baggage inspection systems utilized at U.S. airports.

OSI Systems CEO, Deepak Chopra, stated, "We look forward to servicing this key customer and supporting our widely installed base at U.S. airports. Rapiscan is increasingly relied upon to provide comprehensive service and on site support for its wide range of inspection platforms."


Rapiscan Systems operates a 24x7 global service and support team that provides expert support to customers, from pre-installation operations analysis, to operator training, to installation and on-going maintenance.
