ChefVille 'No Spring Chicken' Quests: Everything you need to know
While Countdowns are normally reserved for games like FarmVille, Zynga has now unleashed a new countdown in ChefVille, allowing players to collect some new ingredients and cook some new dishes in an equally brand new "Stove of the Spring." There are 12 days of tasks in the ChefVille Spring Countdown, along with three separate quests to complete called "No Spring Chicken." We're here with a guide to completing these quests, thanks to Zynga. Let's get started!

Unlock the Star Fruit Muffins Recipe
Cook 2 Star Fruit Muffins
The Stove of the Spring comes pre-built, but you won't be able to unlock any recipes for cooking without collecting materials. When you first place the stove, you'll need to collect one Rack of Lamb to unlock the Intermediate stage, but obviously that's not associated with this quest. To actually unlock the Star Fruit Muffins recipe, you'll need to head into the Spring Countdown, which is represented by a picture of a tree and fruit in the top right corner of the screen.
The first day's task in this Countdown is to collect five Sensational Starfruit via a general news post on your wall. When you do that, you'll be able to cook the Star Fruit Muffins using one Starfruit, one Flour, and one Milk per five-minute batch. Completing this first quest gives you two Salt, 15 XP, and 35 coins.

Unlock the Rhubarb Muffins Recipe
Harvest Garlic Stall 2 Times
Cook Rhubarb Muffins 2 Times
Even though you may finish the Turn Up the Heat quest within a few hours, rather than days, you won't be able to immediately jump into the "Day 2" task in the Spring Countdown, which presumably deals with collecting Rhubarb to unlock the Rhubarb Muffins. You can collect from the Garlic Stall though, so feel free to get that out of the way.
When you do unlock the Rhubarb Muffins recipe, you'll be able to cook this dish using one Rhubarb, one Egg, and three Flour each. The dish takes just five minutes to cook. Completing this second overall quest gives you two Flour, 15 XP, and 25 coins.
Udder Nonsense
Unlock the Spring Bread Recipe
Harvest Milk Truck 2 Times
Cook Spring Bread 2 Times
Like the Rhubarb-themed tasks above, this quest can't be completed until you've finished enough of the daily Spring Countdown in order to unlock the Spring Bread recipe. Once unlocked, you can cook this dish using one "Exquisite Eggs," two Milk, and one Salt per five-minute batch.
This countdown continues for a total of 12 Days, and if you can complete all 12 Days of tasks within the next two weeks, you'll receive a special prize at the end, a lovely ribbon Maypole for your restaurant. Good luck!
