Integration of Performance Management Practice and Innovative Product Is Significant Factor in Selection

One of the 10 largest U.S.-based publicly-traded water utilities, Connecticut Water will utilize ViryaNet G4 to improve the appointment booking process with their customers, create optimal schedules for their technicians, automate and centralize the scheduling and dispatch operation, and streamline the flow of information from and to the field, while eliminating the need for cumbersome, paper-based processes.

In addition, Connecticut Water will benefit from ViryaNet's innovative approach that integrates a Performance Management practice with its mobile workforce management solution.
