PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. ("StanCorp") (NYS: SFG) will release first quarter 2013 financial results on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, following the close of the market. The earnings press release and the quarterly statistical supplement will be available shortly thereafter on the Company's website at www.stancorpfinancial.com.
StanCorp will also hold an investor and analyst conference call to review StanCorp's first quarter 2013 results on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at noon, Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific time).
