RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NewMarket Corporation (NYS: NEU) announced today it will release first quarter 2013 earnings at the close of business on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. The earnings announcement will also be available on the company's website at www.NewMarket.com beginning Thursday, April 25, 2013. NewMarket's annual meeting will be held on Thursday, April 25, at 10:00 a.m. A conference call and Internet webcast is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, April 25, to review first quarter 2013 financial results.
